Memphis continues to maintain their leadership position in the Western Conference of the NBA after allowing to Detroit to score only 78 points against 90. Rudy Gay finished with 18 points, while Marc Gasol and Mike Conley added 17 each, as this was the fourth consecutive victory for Grizzlies.

Greg Monroe recorded 17 points and nine rebounds for the guests from Detroit, Tayshon Prince added 15. But the Pistons have only one victory away this season, and although they won the fight under the basket against Memphis, made whole 10 mistakes more than their opponents.

Memphis has lost only two of their 14 matches so far, but in the next game will travel to San Antonio - their main competitor in the Southwest Division.

In the last match of the night, Los Angeles Lakers defeated Denver with 122:103 after raining threes. "Lakers" had 17 punt from afar, and even the center Dwight Howard scored from the three, for the second time in his career.

Dzhamiar Nelson missed the game for Orlando because of inflammation of the left Achilles, while for the hosts Glenn Davis was the top scorer with 16 points.
