The management of Napoli and Milan prepare a double deal, in which will be included Paolo Cannavaro and Christian Dzakardo.
The future of Cannavaro in Napoli is uncertain since he lost his place in the starting line-up of Rafael Benitez.
AC Milan have agreed to include Dzakardo in a possible deal.
Milan also continues to negotiate with Cagliari for the Italian international Davide Astori.
