NBA changes the format of the finals, returns the old system

The Committee on competitions of the National Basketball Association is considering seriously to return the old format of holding the final series in the playoffs - 2-2-1-1-1. Two households for one who enters the finals with better performance, then two visits for it, household, visits, and finally home-field advantage if it reach to seventh, decisive game. In this way, however, the teams collected many trips.
Currently the finals are played in 2-3-2 format, which is created in order to have better chances and the weaker team in the pair - with one win out in the first two meetings, the next three are on their playing field.
In this way both teams in the finals can get a little more time to rest.
With 2-2-1-1-1 format are played the rest rounds of the playoffs.
If the change is accepted at the next meeting of the committee still in 2014 there will be finals in the old scheme which was changed to 2-3-2 in 1985.
