The Palermo midfielder Luca Rigoni expressed special praise for Ivaylo Chochev and the progress that the Bulgarian marks since the middle of last season.
The former player of the CSKA needed slightly longer adaptation to adjust to the realities in the Serie A, but since the beginning of the year 2015 started to became a major figure for the team of Giuseppe Akini. The specialist also noted several times the progress of 22-year-old player, who will be busy with more offensive functions in the looming campaign.
The 30-year-old Rigoni agrees with the idea of his mentor, because of all those youngsters in the team, Chochev is the man who made his strongest impression. ‘All the guys here are young, as most come from other leagues and will need time to adapt. Having said that, I know that the coach is good just working with young players. If you want, it will be Chochev, which made serious request before the new season.’, said the midfielder of Palermo.
