Sabatini admitted that he is considering to leave Roma

The Sporting Director of Roma Walter Sabatini publicly confirmed rumors that it is likely to split with the Roman club.
They began to write about this at the end of last month when the previous mentor Rudy Garcia was fired because of a series of poor results. Then Sabatini tried once again to protect the Frenchman, but could not change the decision of the President James Pallotta.
The Italian media refer to a conversation between the Director and a fan in which Sabatini admitted that there is a great deal of truth in the information for his eventual departure.
The last press conference before the match against Carpi in Serie A even the coach Luciano Spalletti speak on the topic. 'I spoke with Walter and he told me that it was a hypothesis. Let me win my next matches and I hope to continue in our path together.', the coach said pointedly.
There are speculations that Sabatini has received a proposal for a management position in Bologna, where he would have had the chance to work with other former directors of Roma.
