The former player of the FC Barcelona Carles Puyol is adamant that Lionel Messi is the best player of all time.
'Messi is the best player not only at the moment. He is the best player of all time.', said Puyol.
'Leo plays at an incredibly high level over the past 10 years. Each year he improves his performance. This is amazing.', added the former footballer of the Catalans.
'In the last two years, Messi has developed his game in every respect. Now he dictates the game of teams and controls everything that happens on the pitch.', said Carles Puyol.
