According to the newspaper 'Times', that may be the end of his career in the national team for the 31-year-old player.
Wayne Rooney has played a total of 119 matches for the English national football team and he has scored 53 goals.
On June 10, England will play a qualifying match against the national football team of Scotland, and on June 13, they will face France in a control game.
