21.12.2017
The Russian Football Union will conduct its own investigation into doping control in the 2012-2015 football championship. These actions are related to the information provided by FIFA`s International Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) based on data from the Moscow Anti-Doping Agency for doping checks carried out between January 2012 and August 2015. Also, RFF is ready to give any support to the International Football Federation to investigate possible cases of anti-doping rule violations in Russian football. A week ago, World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) sent international sports federations the names of 300 active Russian athletes suspected of doping. It is believed that positive samples of these athletes have been deleted as negative.
