Arsenal split with a defender

Right-back Defender Mathieu Debussy leaves Arsenal and returns home to France, British media reported. 32-year-old Debussy negotiated his personal contract terms until the end of the season with St. Etienne, where he will be a free agent. He has a contract with Londoners for another 18 months, but has agreed with the leadership of the club to break by mutual agreement. Debussy recorded a total of 7 games in the three FA Cup games, the England League Cup and the Europa League, but has not played a single minute in the Premier League. He hopes for good appearances in League 1 to earn a seat in France`s national team for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
