The champion Miami achieved their first win as a guest of Denver in January 2002 in the league of the NBA. "The Hots" hammered 98:93, though played without one of their stars - Dwyane Wade, who treats injury.

Miami basketball players led the outcome of the game, at times to their lead reached 19 points. Tony Parker was the top scorer for San Antonio with 19 points, while Koui Leonard added 16. Tim Duncan was marked with double-double - 14 points and 14 rebounds, but it was not enough to stop the Knicks series.

Brooklyn record fourth consecutive victory after success over Boston with 102:97. Diron Williams and Brook Lopez contributed to the victory with 24 points.
