Bayern fired their goalkeeping coach due to a conflict with Julian Nagelsmann.
The Munich club announced the resignation of Toni Tapalovic. As reported by Bavarian Football Works with reference to Bild, the reason for the dismissal of the 42-year-old specialist was irreconcilable differences between him and the team`s head coach.
Thus, Nagelsmann had almost no influence on goalkeeper training. They trained separately from the rest of the team, and Tapalović was responsible for their preparation. In addition, according to Sport1, Julian was bothered by the fact that Tapalović was passing information about the inner workings of the coaching staff to Manuel Neuer, and the goalkeeper was sharing it with his teammates.
