Cannavaro could lead Deportivo

Deportivo is considering inviting Fabio Cannavaro as head coach. According to Relevo, the Spanish club is interested in appointing the 51-year-old specialist. Presumably, the first contact between the parties took place last week.
At the end of October, Spanish coach Imanol Idiaques left the club. Deportivo are currently 17th in the Segunda table with 13 points from 13 rounds.
Recall that Cannavaro previously coached Udinese, which managed to stay in Serie A last season after defeating Frosinone (1:0) in the last round.
