Wolff hinted at a chance to bring Hamilton back to Mercedes. Mercedes executive director Toto Wolff assured that he will maintain good relations with Lewis Hamilton, who is leaving for Ferrari, and also spoke about the star’s potential return.
There is no end to Mercedes` relationship with Lewis - that goes for both the team and me and [wife] Susie on a personal level. It`s just the opposite.
In my opinion, Lewis decided to try something new in the final stages of his career, and I understand that - or I can understand it, but he will always be part of this family, he will always be welcome in the family.
And maybe one day, when he`s done racing, we`ll have a lot of adventures waiting for us, ” Wolff said on the Beyond the Grid podcast.
