The Nylander brothers spoke about playing on the same line for Toronto. In the NHL regular season match with Utah (3:2), the Swedish forwards became the first brother duo in 37 years to play for the Maple Leafs.
The whole day was special, and the first period was just crazy. Then I got used to it and started to feel normal. It was very unusual, and what’s especially nice is that we won, ” said William Nylander.
I spent a few shifts with him and it was something special. William scored a great goal and I had a great viewing position.
Just enjoying the day. It was great to see how he prepares and how different we are when we go out on set.
