Los Angeles Kings won with 2:1 over the host New Jersey Devils and took an advance of 2-0 wins in the final series for the Stanley Cup in the National Hockey League.
Jeff Carter realized the priceless goal for the success in 13:42 minutes of the extra time. Thus the kings equaled the record of ten wins as a guest in the playoffs and get closer to the first championship in its history. Drew Dati led ahead Los Angeles at 7:49 minute of the first third, but Ryan Carter tied for the devils in 2:59 minute of the third part.

Los Angeles, which finished eighth in the regular season, in the West has a chance to win the Stanley Cup in their own hall, because they are host of the next two meetings of the series in the NHL finals.
